Cancellations/Refunds/No shows
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING.
CONTRAINDICATIONS –
⚡️ Must be 18 years of age and can provide a valid driver’s license or ID card.
⚡️ Must NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding.
⚡️ If you have keloids, or are prone to keloid scarring.
️⚡ If you are on Accutane, or have used Accutane in the past year.
⚡️ If you have any skin conditions such as Rosacea, Psoriasis, Eczema, or Seborrheic Dermatitis on or around the treated area or excessive sweating, it may affect the your healing process.
⚡️ Must wait for a minimum of 2 weeks after Botox injections around the treated site.
⚡️ If you are heavily on medications, specifically any blood thinning medications
⚡️ If you are currently undergoing any cancer treatment. You must be off of Chemo/Radiation for 6 months prior.
⚡️ If you have cardiac valve disease or suffer from any heart conditions.
⚡️ If you have epilepsy, diabetes, allergic reaction to latex or antibiotics, hemophilia, or other bleeding disorders.
️⚡ If you are diabetic, please consult your doctor. If you are diabetic you need to email a doctor’s note to (PLEASE ADD YOUR EMAIL for support)
POLICIES
Our goal is to always make sure you receive optimal results however, due to different skin types and outside factors outside of our control that could affect the final product, there are no guarantees.
We do require a deposit in order to book and confirm your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from your overall cost. Cancellations will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit.
RESCHEDULE POLICY
A minimum of 120 hour (5 day) notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 120 hours’ (5 day) notice will ONLY be accepted under a doctor’s notice. If you don’t have a doctor’s notice your deposit will be held and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.
NO SHOW & CANCELLATIONS
Failure to show up to your appointment without notice or less than 5 day cancellation will result in a charge of 30% of the total amount of your service.
Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment.
A minimum of 2 appointments are recommended to achieve the most consistent outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve the desired results and will be charged accordingly.
Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or vary in the case of traveling and/or special circumstances.

DEPOSITS
To secure your training date, a deposit is required. Once the deposit is received, your training is confirmed! All deposits go toward the final balance of your service/training. Any deposits, full amounts, or payments placed towards your training are non-refundable!
All deposits are non-refundable.
RESCHEDULE
To RESCHEDULE YOUR training you must contact us at least 2 weeks before your scheduled training. You can reschedule it once for no cost. If you need to reschedule a second time or if you fail to reschedule 14 days before your training date, a fee of 10% will be applied. This fee won’t go towards your balance and it should cover for eventual losses the business has under last-minute cancellations or reschedules.
If you need to reschedule the week of your training, you’ll need to submit 50% of the remaining balance to receive a new class date. The value will go towards the total amount of the training.
CANCELATION POLICY | NO SHOWS
Under last-minute cancellations (7 days before the training) or no-shows, you’ll be charged 10% of the total amount of your program.
