Training Services

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years of age and can provide a valid driver’s license or ID card.

PROGRAM; PROGRAM FEES

Company is engaged in providing a training program consisting of videos, materials, and lessons in Nano Brow and Digital Microblading (the “Program”).

A nonrefundable deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the Program Fee is due at the time of enrollment. The deposit confirms your spot in the Program. If you are uncertain you will be able to attend the course, please let us know as early as possible.

Unless the Program Fee is being financed, the balance of the Program Fee is due one (1) week prior to the date of the Program. Failure to pay the remainder of the Program Fee will by the due date will result in the forfeit of your reservation for the Program. If Company is unable to replace your reserved spot with another attendee, Trainee will be responsible for the balance of the Program Fee. Financing arrangements must be complete and the initial installment payment made at least one month prior to the start of the Program.

If Trainee is unable to attend the Program Trainee must notify Company at least two (2) weeks prior to the Program date and transfer the reservation to the next open spot in the Program. If the next available Program has a higher Program Fee, Trainee will be responsible for the difference.

The Program is six (6) weeks long.  Company provides ongoing support and mentorship for six (6) months following the successful completion of the Program. 

Individual success is not guaranteed. Company provides in-depth training during the Program; however, Trainee is responsible for his/her own success. 

RESCHEDULING

To reschedule your training you must contact us at least 2 weeks before your scheduled training. You can reschedule it once for no cost. If you need to reschedule a second time or if you fail to reschedule 14 days before your training date, a fee of 10% will be applied. This fee won’t go towards your balance and it should cover for eventual losses the business has under last-minute cancellations or reschedules. 

If you need to reschedule the week of your training, you’ll need to submit 50% of the remaining balance to receive a new class date. Such payment will be credited towards the total amount of the training. 

CANCELLATION POLICY | NO SHOWS

Under last-minute cancellations (7 days before the training) or no-shows, you’ll be charged 10% of the total amount of your program.
